Claud Hernández Acting

Claud Hernández is a Barcelona-based actor working in film and theatre across Spain and Europe. She received the SNGCI Award for Best European Actor for her leading role in "When the River Becomes the Sea", directed by Pere Vilà Barceló. The film screened at the 59th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, the Gouna Film Festival, the 70th edition of Seminci, and the Festival de Cinema Europeu. Her recent screen work also includes "Ilusión de verano" (dir. Àlex Comas). Alongside film, she maintains an active theatre practice. She is a resident artist at Sala Beckett in Barcelona within the laboratory Al Dente. The group premiered "Com eren els macarrons?" in 2025. They are currently developing "Fama, Fomo, Fumu", scheduled for release in 2027. In parallel with acting, she is developing original writing projects for film. She works in Spanish, Catalan, and English.
